The Toyz hit Clarksville!

Had a great time catching this band live again.  They will be playing around town and Hoptown in the next few months, so take a look at their Facebook fanpage (HERE) and update your calendar for some great 80s/90s big hair band music.  I’d love to see you in the audience, your face just may end up on the page  Hope you all had a safe Tornado Friday and a relaxing weekend!

6 Month Update

I love getting to see my clients and their families expand and grow.  There is nothing better than to feel like someone appreciates your work and wants to see what you can do again  I recently worked with a lil miss… you might remember her:

Yeah… that pretty little girl!  Well, she’s now 6 months old and as adorable as they come!  She wasn’t too sure she wanted to be in front of the camera at first, but you know me…. I started making all the silly sounds and had Mama cooing at her right above the camera…. TADA..Baby Smiles  So, without making you wait any longer I will let you check out a few of the images.  Can’t wait to see the cake smash session we’ll be doing before Mama is ready for it!

Ahhhhhhhhh Amore

This has been another crazy hectic season all winding down to this wonderful day that celebrates LOVE!  I’m so blessed to be doing a job that brings so much joy to men and women alike.  For those of you still wondering if Boudoir is something you want to dabble in, let me assure you that you will NOT regret the decision to book your shoot.  We have so much fun prepping and shooting that by the time the session is wrapped, you are wanting to know when the next opening is and when you can start the whole process again  I’ve had many ladies who shoot one day, then have their friends call that afternoon to book their private session or wanting to know when the next Boudoir Babe Bash is scheduled for.  We can do Racy & Risque, Cute & Pinup, or Vavavoom Victoria Secret “esque”… it all depends on the look you’re going for.  I also work with some of the most talented ladies for hair and makeup, they know just what it takes to take your portrait from Beautiful to HOLY COW, I’M HOTTTTTTT!    So, all that said, don’t hesitate to contact me to have your consultation and to start getting you ready for your moment in the spotlight!

Time keeps tickin’

Springtime is just around the corner!  I know it seems a while off but if you’re considering family portraits, I recommend contacting me and getting your date & time secured.  I tend to book 4-6 weeks out once  the weather warms up and I usually don’t slow down again until Summer when it gets too hot and humid to shoot outside much.  This is the perfect season for Families, Kids, Seniors & Babies~ The greenery and the weather are TO DIE FOR  I hope you all are enjoying the lovely mild winter we’ve had and I look forward to serving you in the future~

Boise… here I come!

Happy Birthday Grace Community Church- Kenwood Campus

I was once again asked to help document a wonderful occasion for our awesome church, Grace Community Church.  The Kenwood High School campus just celebrated their 1 year Anniversary/Birthday today and I captured a few pics of the celebration.   I hope if you are looking for a home church that you take the opportunity to visit ours… we have two locations (Rossview High & Kenwood High).  It’s a casual Christian environment… jeans and Tshirts are just as welcome as suits & ties.  I love the music, the messages and the people I encounter there and always feel uplifted after visiting.  Anyway, off of my soap box… on to a few captures of the event

 

 

 

 

 

 

Back to it?!

I’m thankful for all the well wishes I’ve received over the last few days in regards to me being sick…. I’m hoping I’m on the tailend of it.  I’m in day 4 and have a HUGE shoot tomorrow, so cross your fingers my lovely Nyquil comes to save the day.  I’m currently gearing up for a fun boudoir party with appetizers, cocktails & tons of foxy ladies.  These shoots/parties are always a huge success due in NO SMALL PART to the wonderfully talented ladies who help me make it that way.  Natalie Winslow (Makeup Extraordinaire) is my go-to gal for these events.  She has the knowledge and artistry to make any lady look her 100,000 % best and knows just what I’m looking for when I’m shooting and how the lights will affect the overall finish.  On the other hand, I could never do without my Amazingly Artistic and Talented friend~Danielle Finney.  Her funky fresh and perfectly pinup looks are to die for, and I never recommend anyone but her for any types of these hairdos.

In closing, Bachelorette parties are a great venue as well for these events… so brides and maids of honor… keep me in mind!  I know with Valentines Day coming up, a few people might be getting engaged and I’d love to help you get a very personal Grooms gift or have a fun little celebration with all of your best gals before the big day~
